Registration fee (per delegate) - All fees are in Euros excluding hotel costs and VAT (19%)
Hotel accommodation: There are rooms reserved at the Movenpick hotel until April 5 2012.

The amounts below are fixed, regardless of attendance at programme events. To assist us with the organization, please indicate on the next page which programme events you (and your partner if applicable) will attend.
